About Roma Evans:
With ROMA turning 25 years old in Greeley, the opportunity to expand and grow became a reality in the fall of 2013. After a total build out, converting the 23rd St. location in Evans from a fitness studio to a restaurant was no small feat. Starting with cutting through “the hardest concrete” ever encountered and ending in the midst of the “No Flush Zone” during the Evans flood of 2013, the thought that it might never open crossed the minds of everyone involved. Fortunately, the new restaurant wasn’t damaged by the flooding and on September 20, 2013, when the “No Flush” ban was lifted, ROMA Evans opened for business to the public and continues to serve Evans seven days a week for lunch and dinner!
